    Scott Swauger created Advocate Construction in 2012 in order to establish a roofing business he could be proud to work for. His first week in business, he put a sign above his desk that said “Integrity. Always Integrity.” to remind himself about the guiding principle that he wanted to follow. The sign still hangs in our office. It always will.

    • Inspection

      We visit the property to do an initial inspection. We let the homeowner know if there is
      enough damage to file an insurance claim.

      Get Free Roof Inspection

    • Adjustment

      After an insurance claim has been filed, our in house Adjuster/ Project Manager will meet your insurance company’s adjuster on site to approve the work to be done.

    • Supplementation

      We use a process called Supplementation to examine building codes and request adjustments to the approved scope of work to make sure that our clients are fairly indemnified for all insurable damage.

    • Build

      We coordinate with our clients on the revised and approved scope of work and schedule of construction.

    • Follow Up

      We always pull Building Permits from the local jurisdiction so that our client’s are assured of an independent final inspection from their Building Department Inspector.

      We are the only roofing company that we know of that requires all of our ProjectManagers to complete the Licensed Insurance Adjuster Certification course.     Fabulous experience for Dan to come out and certify my roof. Professional and quick service all wrapped up into one company. Not only did he certify the roof but went over and above and caulked the few possible spots that might have needed it in like 10 years. Also, the company responded to the need of certifying the roof with a paid invoice within a day so that closing on the house would not be pushed.
